1 – Self Defense: Techniques that are designed for various attacks, grabs, chokes, kicks, punches, weapons and multiple attacks. The concept is to teach students how to evade or counter many different attacks.
2 – Forms or Katas: Set patterns of techniques used for practice, perfecting form, building strength, poise and concentration. This will increase your attention span and give you the enhanced ability to focus and accomplish tasks.
3 – Free-Style Sparring: This is the practical application of training where you put everything together. The action is spontaneous and unpredictable, therefore challenging. You will learn to communicate and maintain control mentally, physically and emotionally. Consistent sparring practice develops you into a mature, responsible and assertive individual.
